What Does it Mean to Transfer Your Domain ?
When you transfer your domain you are just pointing it to our servers.
This means when someone types your domain name in their browser, it will go to your
Web site on our servers. In order to transfer your domain, you must contact the registrar
where you purchased your domain name and have them update your records. We will gladly help
you handle your domain transfer.
In order to get your domain name to point to ours servers to need to change the name server
setting for your domain name to:
ns1.hostinghelper.co.uk
(IP 69.93.72.83)
ns2.hostinghelper.co.uk
(IP 69.93.72.84)
If you ordered your new domain name through us, then this is something that we do for you. If
you are using an exisitng domain name that you registered else where then this is something you will
need to do yourself. Either way it is free of charge from our end.
